Welcome to Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Website Owner and Services

This website is owned and operated by Caoilfhinn Harte, trading as Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring.

Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring provides online live math tutoring sessions for students. By using this website or purchasing any of our courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Users of any age may access our courses.

  • Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By signing up for a course, you confirm that such consent has been obtained.

3. Account Requirements

  • Users must provide accurate information when signing up for a course.

  • Users may interact during live sessions, but all interactions must follow our Student Code of Conduct.

4. Course Pricing and Payment

  • All courses are offered for a one-time payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • Occasionally, discount codes may be offered and applied at checkout.

  • Payments must be completed to secure access to the course.

  • Prices may be updated at any time, but previously purchased courses will not be affected.

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided if a participant misses a class.

  • Refunds are issued only if:

    1. The class is cancelled by Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring.

    2. Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring fails to send the access link.

    3. Non-attendance is due to the service provider’s fault.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

6. Student Code of Conduct

  • Treat all tutors and participants with respect.

  • No bullying, harassment, or foul language is allowed.

  • Misuse of the platform, including disruptive behavior, may result in immediate removal from the session or ban from future courses with no refund.

  • Users may ask questions and participate, but must follow instructions given by the tutor.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including course materials, videos, slides, and any other resources, are the exclusive property of Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring.

  • Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or share content without written permission.

8. Suspension or Termination

  • Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to courses or services for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Termination may occur without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected course in the event of service provider fault as described in Section 5.

10. Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring and Caoilfhinn Harte from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Promotional Emails

  • By signing up, users may receive emails regarding course updates or promotions.

  • Users can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@caoilfhinnstutoring.com.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Galway City.

13. Changes to Terms

  • Caoilfhinn’s Tutoring reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

  • Users should review this page periodically. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
